Hello everyone, we are now in our last week here at our Callander location, and although we are sad to leave this quaint little space, we are excited to get on to the next chapter of Artisan Food Co's evolvement.
We will officially close our doors for business in our Callander location as of Saturday, Aug 20th. During our closure we will be working in our new location to primp and prime our new space to have it up an ready to go for our official opening date of September 1.
Renovations are underway in our new space and are coming along swimmingly with the expertise of our new landlords who have been painting away, busting down walls and building some back up, while also creating some new features for the interior. If you've been down Oak St. in the past week you may have noticed too that the exterior of the building has had a bit of a change as well. All this is in preparation of the beautiful new space we are excited to present to you in September.
In the meantime our staff will be taking some much deserved summer holidays, and wish them all a lovely little break. We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our staff who continue to work diligently towards the goals of our Company and to our valued customers who have supported us for the past three years and continue to stick by our side through this transition. We are truly grateful for all the support and encouragement we have been receiving since announcing our big move.
We hope that those of you who have not had the chance to come in and visit us and try out our fare, perhaps due to our location, will now be able to drop in and say hello.

Tanya is a classically trained, Red Seal Chef, and former restauranteur and caterer, with additional studies in Holistic Nutrition and business. Having food as her foundation she continues to build on her interests and knowledge base in the study of the body, mind and brain connection. She now spends her time as a Mom of twins, researcher and writer, while continuing to participate digitally in the culinary world with her company, Artisan Food Co.
