Apple cider vinegar: Its potent health benefits and aid in weight loss.
Part of any healthy diet, lifestyle or well-stocked kitchen, should be apple cider vinegar. Besides its great taste and use for many recipes and dishes, apple cider vinegar is one of the most potent, natural health staples to have on hand at all times.
Here is a list of just some of the benefits that ACV possesses...
So, as you can see, apple cider vinegar certainly packs a powerful punch, but how do you use it? Apple cider vinegar can be used in dressings or to flavour veggies. In can be used wherever regular vinegars are used, or you can simply add a few tsp to your water. For some people who can bare it, you can even take shots of straight ACV; but please be aware it is very hard on the enamel of teeth, so rinse your mouth or drink water afterwards. Personally, I like to use ACV in dressings, or I drink a couple tsp in water throughout the day and before bed.
Not all Apple cider vinegars are created equal. If you are able to find locally produced, certainly use that, or a good brand would be, 'Braggs' raw, unfiltered 'with the mother.' Whatever source you use though, do make sure it is the raw, unfiltered, with-mother variety. Although it will have a murky appearance with some [for lack of a better word] chunks, thats ok! It's perfect actually, as that is where all the benefits come from. Just give it a good shake, and enjoy good health!
